Superlarge tree moving

Knorr-Bremse Munich

Thirteen hectares of commercial space are being restructured on the site of the former Knorr-Bremse premises in Munich. Four horse chestnut trees, approximately 60 years old and with trunk circumferences of 170 to 200 cm, were to be preserved and moved.

However, even the largest OPTIMAL 3000+ tree spade was too small for these giants. Willem Braam, managing director and developer of the tree moving system, knew what to do and gave the green light.
