Tree Moving Wasserburg

Spectacular tree move using record-breaking equipment.

A spectacular tree move turned heads yesterday at the kbo-Inn-Salzach-Klinikum in Wasserburg, drawing attention from invited media representatives and clinic staff alike.

Due to upcoming construction, seven trees in the area of the planned excavation site have to be removed. Simply cutting them down was out of the question for those in charge. Instead, Europe's largest tree spade arrived on site yesterday.

Using this machine, the tree is excavated along with its root ball by massive blades and then replanted in its new location.
